Exercise C. Unusual Food
When I traveled to Australia, I went to have dinner at a friend’s house and as appetizer he cooked snails in a kind of garlic and salt paste or sauce; the snails were cooked on their shells, so we had to take it out with something alike to a tweezers. The taste was similar to a salty chicken and it had like a soft texture.
